Do grandparents need to download an app?
No. They point their phone camera at the QR code, the page opens in the browser and they tap Upload. No app, no account, no password to remember (unless you set one for privacy).
Can we keep the album private?
Yes. Add a password to your album and only guests who know it can upload and browse the photos. Nothing is listed publicly.
How long are the photos kept online?
7 days on the Free plan; 1, 3 or 6 months on paid plans. You can download the full album with one click at any time before then.
